The Farmers Behind the Flowers
The farmers in CCFC share a passion for growing high-quality flowers. When you choose to work with us, you are directly supporting small-scale, family farms that are truly invested in your business. Despite the grueling nature of our work (we’re all mad here), we’ve chosen to farm because of the positive influence we can have on our environment and local economy.
At CCFC:
You can meet the farmers behind the blooms, allowing you to see the impact of supporting local flower farms.
You communicate with real people - our knowledgeable Hub Director is ready to field any questions or concerns you may have (or just chat about life on Wednesdays when you come to pick up your flowers!)
You won’t be surprised by “random” product substitutions - our farmers will work together to find an appropriate replacement for any unforeseen product shortages!
How to Order through CCFC
Step 1: Join Rooted Farmers
Great cakes are built on the details. From smooth buttercream finishes to carefully crafted designs, I bring patience, precision, and a steady hand to every cake I create.
Step 2: Connect with Us
Select the “Sellers” tab from options bar on your account page. Go to the top of the Sellers Page and select “Find Sellers”. Search “Chester County Flower Collective”, and Request a Connection. We will approve you and you can being shopping!
Step 3: How to Order
Our ordering window opens Tuesdays at 7pm for pick up the following week (Wednesday). We keep our shop open for orders until Monday at noon.
Step 4: Pick up or Delivery
When checking out, you can select pick up or delivery. Pick up is at Hickory Grove Gardens in Phoenixville, PA on Wednesdays from 10:30am-2pm.
We offer delivery within a 30 mile radius of Phoenixville. Delivery fee is $45 and your order must meet a minimum of $500.

All orders are placed through our online wholesale platform via Rooted Farmers. It’s free for florists and designers to join and gives you access to our weekly flower availability, pricing, and ordering system.

We are a grower-owned flower collective, formed by five farms with shared values and a commitment to doing things differently. Every stem comes directly from local fields—not imported supply chains—so flowers are harvested at peak freshness and handled with care from field to designer.

Our weekly wholesale flower availability is posted every Tuesday at 7pm on Rooted Farmers. Orders are open through the week and close Monday at 12pm for pickup or delivery that Wednesday.
We also update availability throughout the week as additional product becomes available.

Yes—we offer delivery within a 30-mile radius of Phoenixville, PA, including much of Chester County and surrounding areas.
Minimum order: $500
Delivery must be selected at checkout

Our central pickup hub is located at Hickory Grove Gardens in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

This allows us to offer a diverse range of locally grown flowers across southeastern Pennsylvania.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

A photo of the product
Grower’s name
Flower type and color
Number of affected stems
We are committed to providing high-quality wholesale flowers and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Pre-orders are available for pickup every Wednesday from 10:30am–2pm at our central hub in Phoenixville, PA.
If you have placed a pre-order, you will be able to shop our market floor during these hours.

Our flower selection changes throughout the season based on what’s naturally blooming across our farms. We focus on seasonal, locally grown flowers, which means better quality, stronger stems, and more unique varieties compared to imported options.
